Why do developed countries have an historical climate debt to developing countries?
By over-consuming the Earth's limited capacity to absorb greenhouse gases, developed countries have used more than their atmospheric space -which is required by developing countries to achieve their development- running up a 'climate debt' that consists in both an emissions and an adaptation debt.
